Chop tomato, pineapple, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro. Adding them to a large bowl as they are finished. . Be sure to catch all the juice from the tomato & pineapple. You can leave the seeds in the jalapeño if you like your pico spicy, and remove them if you want a milder pico de gallo. Grate garlic and onion over bowl using a fine toothed grater. Sprinkle sea salt over pico, squeeze lime juice, and stir to mix well. Allow to rest for 5 or 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
