- 2 ripe peaches sliced¼ inch vertical slices
- 2-4 oz goat cheese crumbled
- 6-8 slices crispy bacon crumbled
- Drizzle balsomic vinegar to taste
- Sprinkle sea salt to taste

- Slice peaches in half, remove pits, slice each half in 3 or 4 - ¼ inch slices
- Lay each slice from one peach on large plate
- Crumble goat cheese and sprinkle over peach slices
- Top with crumbled bacon
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
- Top with the peach slices from the other peach
- Drizzle with more balsamic
- Sprinkle with sea salt
