I can honestly say that I have never found a taco that I don’t like. They are fast to make and I can usually throw leftovers into the taco shell. Oh, did I mention that I like to use Romain lettuce for a taco shell? You could use a traditional shell if you’d like, of course. This recipe combines two traditional recipes – club sandwiches & tacos and throws it inside a crispy shell of romaine lettuce.
