- 1 pound bacon crispy
- 1 head Romaine lettuce leaves removed
- 1-2 fresh tomatoes thinly wedged
- 1 large Cucumber lengthwise wedges
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese thinly sliced
- Season to Taste Sea salt & pepper
- 1 ripe avocado sliced
- Drizzle oil & vinegar

- Cook bacon until crispy
- Cut tomato, cucumber, cheese, and any other goodie you want to add to your wrap
- Put two pieces of romaine lettuce on top of each other, each end facing in separate directions
- Stack filling ingredients inside lettuce like a taco
- Top with salt & pepper and oil & vinegar
- Eat the wrap with your hands like a taco
