- 4 cups jasmine rice
- 6 cups spring water
- 2 fresh carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1 2-3 inch beef bone with marrow
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt

- Melt coconut oil in large pot on medium high heat
- Add jasmine rice & sea salt and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring to avoid burning
- Add marrow bone, bay leaf, celery, garlic & carrot.
- Stir in spring water
- Reduce heat to medium low
- Cover & Cook for 20 minutes
- Fluff rice by stirring & remove from heat
