- Dried cherries or cranberries
- dried blueberries
- Roasted walnuts- chopped
- Crumbled goat cheese
- Crumbled bacon
- Pomegranate Date Salad Dressing
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pomegranate vinegar
- 1 cup dates
- 1 small red onion
- 4 large cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard

Instructions
- Put the kale and Brussels in a large bowl. Squeeze half the lemon & massage juice into greens. Top with crumbled goat cheese, bacon, and dried fruit.
- Process all of the ingredients for the dressing in Vitamix or food processor.
- Top salad with dressing & sliced Forking EPIC Steak
