I love to make this chicken salad for car trips. We love this chicken salad so much that I always make extra chicken just so we can have this salad. The combo of sweet fruit and savory chicken makes this a surprising treat!

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 2 cups green apple diced
- 2 cups red grapes halved or quartered
- 2 cups shredded sweet potato
- 1 cup roasted walnuts- roughly chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/2 to 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 - 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Place everything in a large bowl
- Squeeze lemon on top & toss to coat
- Mix in Greek yogurt
- Season to taste
