This flavor combo would be good on all sizes of asparagus, but for this recipe I used really thin and tender asparagus. Super fresh and thin asparagus cooks quickly and is never tough or stringy.

- 2 Pounds thin fresh asparagus
- 1-2 Bulbs fresh garlic Minced
- 1 Stick real butter Melted
- 8 Ounces blue cheese Crumbled
- 1-2 Teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash asparagus and trim off the bottom inch of each asparagus stalk
- Arrange in a single layer on a lined cookie sheet
- Sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper over asparagus
- Top with minced garlic
- Drizzle melted butter over asparagus, toss everything to make sure all the asparagus has butter and salt
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over asparagus
- Bake for 10 minutes or just until the blue cheese starts to brown
- Serve immediately
